today.This morning I headed back to the Findhorn Foundation to spend some more time working in the garden. I chose to weed the herb garden. The herb garden is being re-established by a volunteer as most of the time and energy of the garden staff is spent producing the vegetables . The weeds were huge! it was lots of fun. shovelling compost, digging up the weeds, smelling the herbs and enjoying the freedom and fresh air. Then in no time at all it was lunch time...beautiful lunch very colourful - the vegetables and the fruit today straight from the gardens. I can't believe I ate so much.
I walked home - not as warm today as yesterday -and organised a quuick trip to Penzance when get back to Taunton. Not much else has happened today - til next time....
